MEET—THE FOUNDER
Paulina Reyes
Founder & Principal
Registered Architect in Michigan, NOMA, LEED Green Associate
Paulina is an architect and educator with over ten years of experience in practice, design-based research, community outreach, and youth education.
Sustainability has been a through-line of her work. As a Fulbright recipient, she developed research on water sustainability in the context of self-governance and low-income public housing in Mexico City. In her role as Senior Designer at ROSSETTI, she oversaw design on multiple architectural projects while spearheading the ROSSETTI Sustainability Lab, leading holistic long-term visioning and implementation of sustainability practices in every facet of their work. She currently consults on local building projects with the Sustainability Institute of Detroit.
She holds deep experience and a passion for equitable education in architecture. While a Design Fellow at University of Michigan, she acted as instructor for the Michigan ArcPrep, a pipe-line program which introduces underrepresented youth to architectural education. She maintains an ongoing connection to teaching and mentorship in her work through outreach and involvement with various youth-led initiatives in Detroit.
